You are all invited and very welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting on Saturday 7 June 2025.

Nomination forms for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee will be available on the day.

In order to vote you must be a financial member so please bring $10 per individual for your subscription.  Subscriptions can also be paid directly to Hamilton Residents & Ratepayers Association Inc. ANZ Bank Ltd  Account 01 -0321 0078079-00.

Please bring family, friends & neighbours and doorcharge of $3 each -thank you.  Light refreshments will be made available.

We will have a discussion on the upcoming local body (council) election processes based on the information the Governance department of Hamilton City Council  have provided.
